Project C at Spark City To Kwa Wan Mall is a sustainable development art project themed around cats. It aims to invite various artists to create and paint ‘Cat Photo Spots’ within the community to promote citizen interaction and become a new landmark.

In this initiative, Spark City Kwa Wan Mall collaborates with Art Dreamers to promote local cultural creativity, serving as a bridge between the art and business sectors to enhance the business environment and increase foot traffic.

Since 2013, Art Dreamers has provided students with opportunities for interaction and artistic experiences with local artists through diverse educational activities, fostering the younger generation’s interest in art development. Additionally, the organization has curated large-scale community art projects to popularize artistic creation within the community and infuse it with positive energy.
